Antiplath hails from a medium-sized town in the deep South. She is a professional writer, artist, IT geek and amateur photographer, among other things. She moved to New Orleans in 2000 at 24, fulfilling her 8-year-long dream to live here.
In 2004, she obtained an MFA in Poetry after much hard work and epic travails. She currently holds it down in New Orleans with her two cats, Natasha and Ezra (after Pound), and a whole shitload of books.
She really doesn’t like Sylvia Plath.
